Who am I

Here's my walk:

Brooklyn, NY, 2015: Becoming a productive member of society meant working 12 hours a day on a 10-dollar-an-hour job. Then turned it up a notch and went all mission-oriented as Operations Manager (the work on everything and nothing) for a non-profit. Then pandemic, family crisis, tech boot camp, and boom, I had a career. Magic right? Nope.

 

From 2015 to 2022 I worked with a Gestalt therapist (Google it) and discovered a few things here and there about myself, my outlook, my vision of the world, and oh yeah, how to be a productive member of society while becoming a happyish human. Obsessed with learning about the magic being performed on me by this therapist, I enrolled in a Gestalt Therapy post-grad and there I was, a Therapist, with a holistic attitude towards life, self-discovery, and conscious contact between our mind, our body, our spirit, and our Universe. Yes, I capitalize "universe". Therapy is where my passion resides but there is more. Some remnants of post-modernism, media studies, and feminism (of course) lead me to a deep involvement in the understanding of the future of the workplace and society that is rooted in my paradigm.

 

AI is here, and it won't replace us - if we are willing to shift-, it will actually give us the opportunity to be more human, and leave the concept of productivity behind once and for all. We are here as beings, not just workers. We are here as partners of a challenging journey called life, and there are thousands of versions of how that can look like, even in only one life. So yes then I became a Coach. I'll meet you where you are: whether it's healing, self-discovery, self-development, or self-improvement, you are not alone.
